Section 01

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "go99" or "Platform" means the online casino and sports betting services operated at go99.click and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers for or uses a go99 account.
• "Account" means the personal go99 account created by a Player upon completing the registration process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all go99 financial transactions are denominated.
• "Services" means all games, payment services, promotions, customer support, and other features available through go99.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional PKR credits, free spins, or incentive awards granted to a Player's go99 Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as PKR.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process go99 uses to confirm a Player's age, identity, and payment method ownership in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.

Section 02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing go99, registering an Account, or using any go99 Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and go99.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or network through which go99 is accessed. They apply equally to Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and all other locations in Pakistan from which go99 is accessed.

Section 03

Eligibility

To register and maintain a go99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. go99 strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces CNIC-based age verification before processing any PKR withdrawal.
• You must be registering voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only. go99 accounts may not be opened on behalf of another person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from go99 or had a go99 Account closed for Terms violation.
• You must be the legal owner or authorised user of any payment method linked to your go99 Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of go99 or any go99 game software provider.

Section 04

Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one go99 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is a material violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any PKR balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your go99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. go99 will never ask you to disclose your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your go99 Account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must notify go99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• go99 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation where suspicious login activity is detected.
• All information provided during go99 registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
• go99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistan mobile number for all Accounts holding a meaningful PKR balance.

Section 05

Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Payments

All financial transactions on go99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). go99 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment terms apply to all go99 Accounts:

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR per transaction via all supported payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20.
• Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 PKR per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. go99 may request CNIC, proof of address, and payment method documentation before releasing PKR funds.
• Verified Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• go99 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending any fraud investigation or KYC review without prejudice to the Player's funds.
• Deposits made via third-party accounts — i.e., payment accounts not registered in the depositing Player's own name — will be returned and the deposit rejected. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in Account suspension.
• go99 does not accept deposits originating from credit facilities or borrowed funds. Players are expected to deposit only from personal PKR funds they own outright.

Section 06

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

go99 may from time to time offer PKR bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All go99 promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to Pakistani Players aged 18 and above with a verified go99 Account in good standing.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any related winnings can be withdrawn as PKR. Wagering Requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used to place wagers on eligible go99 Casino games and sports markets as specified in the offer terms. Some game types — typically live dealer games at high bet sizes — may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a go99 Account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• go99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including where it believes a Player is abusing the bonus system or acting in bad faith to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming intent.
• Bonus winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of a go99 software error will be voided and removed from the Account.

Section 07

Game Rules and Fair Play

All go99 Casino games — including live dealer games, Jackpot Slots, Texas Holdem, Cockfighting, and virtual sports — operate under the individual game rules published by go99 and the respective game software providers. In the event of any conflict between go99's general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.

go99 Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. The RNG has no memory of previous results. Each spin, hand, or round outcome is statistically independent. go99 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual Player.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on go99 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Account balance in cases of confirmed violation:

• Opening more than one go99 Account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place or manage wagers on go99.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in Texas Holdem cash games and tournaments.
• Exploiting go99 software bugs, pricing errors, or bonus offer design flaws for systematic financial gain.
• Using go99 to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documentation to go99.
• Facilitating Account access by a minor under 18 years of age, whether deliberately or through negligence in securing your login credentials.
• Any conduct that go99 determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the fair gaming experience of other Pakistani Players.

Section 09

Responsible Gaming

go99 is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational principle. go99 provides all Account holders with the following self-management tools, accessible directly from Account Settings at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications after 1, 2, or 4 hours of continuous go99 Casino play.
• Self-Exclusion: Account lock for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During exclusion, go99 will not send promotional communications to the excluded Account.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary Account pause of 1–6 weeks without full self-exclusion, for Players who want a short break from go99.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, game assets, graphics, and text on the go99 Platform — including the go99 name, logo, and Casino interface — are the intellectual property of go99 or its licensed suppliers and game providers. No part of the go99 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any commercial context without the prior written consent of go99.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the go99 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence is immediately revoked upon Account closure or Terms violation.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

go99 provides its Platform and Services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, go99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the suitability of its games for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any odds, statistics, or promotional information.

go99's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the go99 Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of PKR deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

go99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via Account notification or email to the registered address at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the amendment is required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of go99 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your go99 Account and withdraw your available PKR balance before the effective date.

Section 13

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the go99 Platform's operational jurisdiction. go99 will make every reasonable effort to resolve Player complaints fairly and efficiently through its internal dispute resolution process.

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint about go99 should first contact go99 support via live chat or email, providing full details of the issue and the Account concerned. go99 commits to acknowledging formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days for standard disputes.
